importing videos..

i have a Sony Minidv DCR-TRV27 video camera...i use windows movie maker to import videos. however, it doesnt import the date :blink: on the lcd screen on the camera, it has the date but it just wont record the date when i import it..how do i include the date?

i think this is not a problem with movie maker. you should look at the manual of the camcoder.

btw: what do you want with the date?

do you want to show it on the video?

yea...i want it to show on the video when i import it so when i burn it out...it will have the date too...

also, how do i import the video so it will be smooth...when i import wit movie maker, its all laggy

How much RAM do you have in your machine and how are you importing it?
