I think Apple is focusing too much on putting out iPods that they are neglecting their computer lines. With wait times like these they just may be doing more harm than good to themselves.

some survey was showing that people that own iPods are A LOT more likely to purcahse Apple computers...focusing on iPod sales is a good move

yep....the iPod is Apple's gold mine.....Apple is using the iPod to get people through the door and it is a good way to increase business...I have bought Apple stock on the TSX 8 weeks ago...and my stock growed by about 17 dollars CDN in the past 8 weeks per share!....and I have many many shares...so I can for sure say that apple is doing very very well. All around the wrold....(maybe not Asia)....

i think i read some place that apple is opening stores in india ... so the market share will grow in asia too(hard to believe) :)

apple is doing pretty good in japan as far as i know
