That's Adium--what do you mean get it on the desktop? It just sits there like any other IM program. :s

I think he means how adium is transperant like that on the desktop and how its different... I think it can achieved by downloading skins/plugins.. try http://www.adiumxtras.com/

Here's my new desktop, as of today. Normally I'm not a big fan of the Dock on the left, but I've had like so for about a day now and it's growing on me. I'm also using the AquaBlend icon pack, by far the best I've seen yet for OS X.
