People who have the betas also signed a NDA, meaning they can't release anything, even a Desktop screenshot, without explicit permission from Apple, which they won't get.

UNO won't change the menu bar font, but TinkerTool and/or Shapeshifter can.

Shapeshifter changes themes, it's Unsanity's Silk that changes the text.

And where are those applications which show what itunes is playing with the album art graphics? Which are the best and where can I get them? lol

And how do people successfully change their finder bar font? I've been trying various apps (silk, tinkertool) but neither of my apple macs will play ball :(

you can use either CoverSutra or Synergy to put album artwork on the desktop.
