Guess who's back..... :)

Just got my new 17 MBP Hi-Def Glossy Screen, and 7200 RPM Hard drive, after selling my last MBP on ebay. And to celebrate here is my desktop screeny

Wallpaper, Desktop Drive Icons and Dock Icons just brilliant combination. Congratulations.

I tried this 4 times and it looks fine except the taskbar icons on the right are still black instead of white.

Is there something missing from the instructions?

You need to edit manually the menu bar icons, do a search for system files that have the .menu extension, open the contents and edit the icons, they are pdf files.

I had a few people ask for more details about the icons ----well 10 PMs to be exact so here we go

Dock Icons:

Finder: Process Application, I just extracted the icon from the resources

Safari: Globes by Eugene

Things Icon: I found it on another forum - if you want it let me know and I will send it to you

Itunes: Itunes by Jonas Rask

iChat - Default

Folders: Aquave Project

Trash Icon: I don't recall where I got them, but drop me a PM if you want them

HD Icons: Still NFR

Wallpaper: You can grab it from here WallPaper - Credit to the author of it

Hey, where did you get the icons for the apps, downloads, and documents folders in the dock?

^to get the info, right click on your desktop, appearance, "show info". or something like that. im on a german osx version.

and the apple... its a special character you can type by using some key combination or by simply going to your font library and add it from there. i dont remember the combo, sorry. however, just copy it out of here: 
