Suprnova will make a Big Announcement on December

hehe. i love it when people say not to post links to the beta. why not? youre also not supposed to pirate software yet thats entirely what exeem is about.

eXeem has nothing to do with piracy, it was designed to remove the burden off the trackers, that's all.

Well i aint tried using it, although if u cancel entering a number u can still look at it and the options, which was all i wanted to do....seems alright from what i can see tho...

I still have a lot of torrent sites anyway, so i wont be switching to eXeem till they are no longer around myself.

eXeem will probably be the best P2P program once it is released. The latest patch fixes most bugs and there are few crashes. Also the entire network is completely decentralized making it literally impossible for the RIAA to shut it down. Once it is released i hope the network can withstand the stress load.

Exeem is crap. I was hoping for an open source program but we get a Adware/spyware program.  I really wonder who this company is that has developed the program

Can't wait

Firstly eXeem does come with support for proxy, giving an option for an http proxy. I don't use proxys, and so have no clue whether or not this is socks 5. Secondly, stop complaining about the 'adaware' in eXeem. At the moment there is none, and I personally doubt there ever will be. eXeem will possibly contain banner ads within the software, as did Suprnova, but adaware is unlikely. Even if it does removing adaware from an installation is extremley simple, and those unable to do it can find an adaware free version quickly. Sloncek is making a quality bit of software, so don't complain till you can do better. And if he needs to include adaware (which I really doubt) then he will, as he does need money to pay for it all you realise.

It's adware, not adaware, and in the interview with Sloncek, he says it will be included to some extend. Then, he doesn't code anything... at least it dosn't sound so from what he says: "So they employed me as their representative".

As far as eXeem and torrent then I could really care less for any of those two. Certainly, torrent is a nice technology, but there're many other mediums which have proven to be stable, so to say, for the past years and will remain as they are in future. Unlikely with torrent and most likely eXeem, those two get or will get more attention from RIAA and other nonsense organizations, which will result in pointless actions from both sides...

I found the following recent announcment made my sloncek in a post on SNF,

"What this Cydoor is going to do is, display the ads inside the program, just like the ads on the SuprNova.org have been right now. But nobody complained that they will not use the SuprNova.org, because it had ads on it. Well guys, those ads were Cydoor ads too. I would have not allowed this kind of ads being in the program, if I was not sure if they are safe!

There will NOT be any spyware or very annoying adware bundled with the software. You will have an option to also install sponsor toolbar inside would also include features for helping you use eXeem (searching through eXeem, your UP and DOWN speed, and similar funtions)."

The only peace of software that could even be considered as spyware is Cydoor, and as you can see it won't be causing any problems.

they've done what kazaa did... make up a mythical company and give the rights to that company. its cool cause then you can never touch them legally because the only people who can shut down the program are a mythical company and since they dont exist, you cant really sue them.... its genius...

they have truely covered their tracks very well, as well as using the bit torrent system in which the recording industry and others can easily track down the individual users they wish to bust. this is only good for the makers of exeem because now they get money from advertising, they cant be shut down, and the riaa is easily able to attack their customers.

from a company stand point this truely will be the best p2p program ever. its an unstoppable monster. i for one might give it a try, but id much rather just take my chances with torrentspy and other web based torrent lists if i want to use a bit torrent type service.

    • Most boring game ever. Repetitive, empty, predictable, and full of cliches. Total waste of time and money, IMO.
    • Mafia: The Old Country expansion Man of Honor announced, brings back Salieri from original by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe During Summer Game Fest, 2K and Hanger 13 brought out a new Mafia: The Old Country trailer, revealing the game's first expansion. Named Man of Honor, this is slated to add two new chapters to the Enzo storyline that the game follows. There is an iconic character returning to the series with this expansion, with players set to run into Ennio Salieri, the future Don of the Salieri crime family. Fans of the original Mafia, or its Definitive Edition remake, may remember that name as one of the biggest characters in the storyline. This expansion is set prior to his rise to being the kingpin in the City of Lost Heaven. "Set in Sicily during the winter of 1905, Enzo Favara has proven himself a reliable soldier of the Torrisi crime family in the months since his initiation," says the studio about the new chapters. "Now, the Don entrusts him and Cesare with a delicate assignment of assisting Ennio Salieri, a man of honor recently released from prison and intent on reclaiming what is his." Working at Salieri's side, players will be heading into fresh environments as they return to the role of Enzo as a high-ranking soldato. The studio also promises brand-new weapons, fresh vehicles, and charms to collect in this expansion. Moreover, the expansion will add new content to the updated Free Ride mode. Alongside new collectibles and locations, this will add more challenges to beat alongside Salieri, which are described as runs that will "test the skills of even the most elite mafiosi." The Mafia: The Old Country Man of Honor story expansion will release on August 14, 2026, across PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. It will cost $10 for owners of the base game to jump into.

    • Telltale returns with The Wolf Among Us, re-revealing the sequel and a new remaster by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Telltale Games, the studio known for its episodic games from the 2000s, had a surprise appearance at the Summer Game Fest showcase today. The studio has gone through a collapse, an acquisition, and a revival but has largely gone silent in recent years. Today's sudden announcement was for the popular The Wolf Among Us series, with news about the sequel and a remaster dropping. Set after the events of the 2013-released title, the sequel will bring back Biby Wolf for a new adventure in Fabletown. This town of fairy tale characters is becoming unstable, with Snow White not being able to keep order as before. "When a brutal series of crimes threatens to fracture the fragile balance holding Fabletown together, Bigby Wolf, sheriff of Fabletown, finds himself drawn into a dangerous conspiracy that reaches deep into the city’s criminal underworld," says the studio. "As suspicion spreads across the city and powerful forces work against him, Bigby must uncover the truth and decide what kind of sheriff - and what kind of wolf - he is willing to become." At the same time, Telltale also announced The Wolf Among Us Remastered, bringing back the classic with a fresh coat of paint. This will include all five episodes from the original game plus over an hour of extra content that will offer behind-the-scenes videos, cast interviews, image galleries, and deleted scenes. The remaster will also have updated visuals and improved UI elements and accessibility features, alongside upgrades to the animations, audio, and frame rates. Telltale has been working on this project for almost a decade now, but if the new release schedule holds, fans will be able to jump into The Wolf Among Us 2 sometime in 2027. As for The Wolf Among Us Remastered, this is slated to release during this holiday season.
