Not quoting posts properly

I have noticed that Neowin hasn't been quoting posts correctly. Ex. from my recent post

I think part of your question is not supposed to be asked, so you'll be better off asking him yourself.

The "Restricted (Mac)" group is a restriction from posting in that section of the forums. You can view it and not post in it. Same with the "Restricted (RWI)" one. They're similar and based off of "Restricted (view)", which means you can only view the entire Neowin forum but not post any where. There's also one for the chat, but that one won't let you enter the chat at all, but you still have your other permissions else where on the board. And the "Restricted (profile)" group only means you can't edit any of your profile at all.

Unless they only made the mac restriction different, I wonder if it's the same with RWI. I would've guessed you could still view them but not post, like the view restriction one.
