avoid "please stand by" page

is there any way to disable or avoid that "Please stand by..." page that you see when searching and posting? It get's really annoying and does nothing but waste time....

BTW - I've seen another invision forum in which the 'please wait' screen was somehow removed. Dunno how they did it :/

lol, everyone gets so defensive about "their baby" ...it's rather amusing, but I agree, it's annoying as hell ...unless it's doing something useful (in which case englighten us and we will drop it)...otherwise it's just a useless delay. :whistle:

It's a global option in the admincp. So if it's not turned off here, there must be a good reason for it.
