I believe it would have to be set up on the main computer (which has the modem connected to it), or else you'd have to open up the ports to the client computer. If you set up the server on the client computer, it probably wouldn't work because the query would go to the main computer, and the main computer would stop the query right there, and it probably wouldn't go any further to the client computer.
