What do you drive?

Recommended Posts

I use a 1994 Ford Taurus. I know, but atleast it gets me from point a to b. And its better than using public transportation :D And since it was given to me by my parents after it was used as a "drivers test car" (they bought it for the sole purpose for me and my brother to practice driving) I really can't complain.

I don't really have that much info, except it drinks gas like a college student who drinks beer, and I'm beginning to know why people hate Ford. Hopefully I can get an SUV in a few months.

Peugeot 106 - 1998 ®

Not the best of cars I must admit but being a student I count myself lucky to have a car at all. All standard as well only thing i've done is slap a CD player in there, not even got new mats for it which should really be on my list of things to buy. I just have more important things to get.

Identical to this one, just found it on autotrader

Planning on getting a vertex or bn kit, spraying the the car a blueish purple colour like the one in my avatar.. and getting some kind of vented cf bonnet aswell as either weld up the holes left behind from removing the spoiler on the boot lid or getting a cf bootlid to replace it.

Nice plans on the car, my plan is to buy a 240SX in about 2-3 years. More likely it will be a S14 Kouki, if not that it'll be a S13 fastback. ;)

Japanese car + RWD = :woot:

I love the whole s platform :D my next car is going to be either an s14 or an s15 depending on funds

James, what do you work as to be able to afford such expensive wheels?

I have a managing position in Philips, my wife works on her own (don't know the english word) so we can put 2 cars on her company and one is a company car from Philips. It's not that I put down the full amount for those cars myself, now that would be insane. ;)

Please do remember that I'm not 16, but way past the 30 line.

PS. All cars are driven with. I use the Range, my wife the A6 and my son the A3. It's not that they stand in the garage doing nothing.

I drive a SUV, or should I say, a gas drinker....

GMC Envoy SLE 4x4, 2005

Inline6 with 275HP

No modification where done to the truck.

It's a nice SUV, lots of room. Some small rattle but it's to be expected from GM...!!

the rattle is intentional.. all GM SUV's and trucks to this... it's to make you think and feel that you're off-roading because in reality they can't go off-roading.. ;) :p

    • I disagree; they come off very "bitchy" and "whiny". Make a great product and combine that with a great price (free) and people will come over to your side. Or build it and they will come as they say. Constantly trying to get attention by complaining all the time, will turn people off to your product.
    • It use to be a nightmare, with LibreOffice supporting a newer draft ODF standard by default, and Microsoft Office supporting the older non-draft standard. Now that they both support the same version of ODF, they should be interoperable.
    • Brave Browser 1.91.171 by Razvan Serea Brave Browser is a lightning-fast, secure web browser that stands out from the competition with its focus on privacy, security, and speed. With features like HTTPS Everywhere and built-in tracker blocking, Brave keeps your online activities safe from prying eyes. Brave is one of the safest browsers on the market today. It blocks third-party data storage. It protects from browser fingerprinting. And it does all this by default. Speed - Brave is built on Chromium, the same technology that powers Google Chrome, and is optimized for speed, providing a fast and responsive browsing experience. Brave Browser also features Brave Rewards, a system that rewards users with Basic Attention Tokens (BAT) for viewing opt-in ads. This innovative system provides an alternative revenue model for content creators and a way to support the Brave community. SlimBrave Neo takes all the good things about Brave and makes them even better by keeping everything clean, light, and privacy-focused. It removes the extra clutter, turns off features you might not need, and cuts down on anything that could slow you down or collect unnecessary data. Because it relies on simple settings and policies instead of modifying the browser itself, you still get full Brave compatibility—just in a smoother, lighter, and more privacy-friendly package. Brave Browser 1.91.171 changelog: General Fixed Cardano not being disabled on upgrade to Brave Origin. Upgraded Chromium to 149.0.7827.103. Origin Removed “Survey Panelist” setting from brave://settings/privacy. Fixed P3A and usage ping under brave://settings/privacy being displayed on first launch on Linux. • Hi. As the title suggests, I can't access the forum on my phone. I'm using Edge on Android and when I try to navigate to the forum I get a "we value your privacy" popup and none of the buttons are clickable. It effectively stonewalls me from reading any forum content.
    • Honestly you're not wrong about AdGuard. Neowin frequently has lifetime license discounts for them and that's how I got my cheap family license a few years ago to run it on all my devices.
