Only Mac Mini with iLife '05 bundled?

I am not sure what you are asking, but all macs are eligible for the Up-to-date upgrade and since the Mac mini and iLife05 are released on the 22nd there is no need for an up-to-date for it.

Nah, that's just Apple's Mac mini marketing gimick. All Macs bought after January 22nd should come with iLife '05. If you buy a Mac after January 22nd and it doesn't have iLife '05 on the restore disc on on the computer image, tell Apple that. They'll probably give you the newer restore disc.

That's only if you buy a Mac before January 22nd... All Macs after that date will ship with iLife '05.

I remember I qualified for the iLife '04 Up-To-Date with my PB but I couldn't afford the $20 and pirated it anyways. ;)
