New Cell Phone?

I'm in the market for a new cell phone.

I currently have the Tmobile HP Ipaq 6315 PDA Phone... It's okay, but the processer is too slow, it's hard to talk on since it's so large, and the radio on it keeps freezing so I do a soft reset 5+ times a day and miss a lot of calls.

I'm currently looking at the motorolla V600. I like that it has bluetooth and the overdesign is nice.

Now my question is, I'm thinking about also buying a Dell PDA with bluetooth.

Since they both have Bluetooth, Should I be able to leave the phone in my pocket, Pull my PDA out and "connect" and start surfing the internet? I have unlimmited data plan with tmobile right now.. my current PDA phone I can surf, and I can also connect it to my laptop via bluetooth and surf the internet on it.. Can i do the same with a PDA and is it pretty simple?

I like checking my email and checking forums on my 15 min breaks at work.. I can do it with my PDA phone, but will it be easy to do with a PDA and phone?
