Yes you can, but there's a chance that your files could be deleted right now as I might change something that will screw with the file database.

But honestly? I don't think that's going to happen. I've pretty much finished all that code and really don't want to break it (again). If you were to store your sig on NFiles, I highly doubt that it will be deleted. Any more database coding that I may do will probably be stored in another location.

Edit: Also as soon as the NeoIMG code is merged with NFiles, you will be able to select a group of images from your NFiles account and create a random signature for your forum account.

It's gone now. :)

very nice indeed! I did notice...though this may be due to the wireless network I stumbled upon that I am using (I havent a clue whos it is)...loading the homepage/file manager and similar, the fancy artwork loaded pretty slow (at least 7 or 8 seconds to complete)...but as I said, it may be due to the wireless I am using :)

Out of curiousity...is the special link given for the app just made strictly for tracking the download/short url? because I can, for example, just link to my file directly using: <<removed>> ... I realize that then does not track downloads... I was just curious :)

LOL!!! from the homepage: <!-- OMGWTFBBQ, YOU HAVE TEH IEZORZ! BANZORZ! LOGGZORED!-->

How did you locate the file location? I was pretty sure that I setup the code so you couldn't.

I played with links :) I have done a bit of PHP a little ago..so I could kind of guess how it was working, so I played with the links to see what I could see...and actually the result I got was not what I expected, however it did show me where it was located :)

First, I copied the shortcut to view the details on a file I uploaded...then, I just played with it...and when I put a wrong file in it, I got this error:

Fixed. Thank you much.

Yeah, I was getting ****ed at IE. :)

FYI: I had bangbang (Chris) remove the code you posted, as it directly linked to folders that I'd rather not be known publicly.

I am trying my best to break it still ;) I am sure there is something I can get into...hmmm... I have already tried going around file size limit...but that must be handled on the receiving script not the sending, which makes sense...

A quick suggestion. Is it possible for the script to check the file extension before its uploaded?

:EDIT: a few more bugs and suggestions..

Once you upload an image if you go to delete it, then once it deletes you click the "Click Here To View Images" link it displays teh current page inside the frame. So it then doubles up.Same with the other link.

Next i know you cannot prevent this or maybe you can....But maybe the 5mb limit on each file is to generous. Why? you would ask that i would complain about to much space.Well if you take lets a an swf and rename it from thisisflash.swf to thisisflash.swf.jpg then you can upload it and download it and then change the extension once you download it.

Maybe not allow periods in the name or something.

Where is my dollar? :)

Thanks, that's actually code from part of the NeoIMG code merge that I need to kill.

Yes, I understand that problem. Once I figure out a way to battle against it, I'll code it in.

Honestly though, shouldn't take that long.

Found another bug or error...

Seems that how it generates the image links doesnt work so well.I remember a bit back you said that it wasnt specifally for neowin...Well i have tried using it on other boards and they dont seem to like the link.Kinda like what imageshack does...

Maybe provide a direct link?

Can you send me a PM of these forums? I'd like to investigate and try to make it compatible.
