neufuse Veteran Posted January 19, 2005 Veteran Share Posted January 19, 2005 Wasn't sure where to post this because its on multiple topics... but I have about 60,000 images (1 per every 2 seconds) of GIF format images from a webcam. I need to take these images (they are sequentially numbered 1,2,3,4,5,etc) and turn them into frames in a video file... is there any programs out there that can do this easily? thanks Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/273698-compileing-timelaps-video-from-images/ Share on other sites

smaulz
In Premiere and After Effects, you can import the first image and, as long as they're numbered sequentially, it'll recognize and import them all. Then just render it out to video. I'm not, however, positive .gifs will work, you may have to convert them to jpgs or tiffs, (batch process in PS). arstewart
Premiere will do it. Just get the demo. Then import all the files. But under preferences you will want to specify how long a particular still image is displayed for (i.e. how many frames), then you highlight them all, drag them onto the timeline, and everything should be wonderful. Then File - Export Timeline - Movie, then save as a Microsoft DV AVI and then you are good to go.
