saxondale. Posted April 23, 2005 Author Share Posted April 23, 2005 I guess i can talk about the customer service now. Customer Service Well my iRiver H340 is broken. Im not sure why, it seems like no one has had the same problem as me. Maybe is was a defect unit, or i some how broke it. I contacted iRiver, told them my problem, gave a few details and straight away i got my RMA. I have sent it back to america. They will be sending me a new unit, box with accesories (i just sent my iRiver, so that means double accesories :p) it should take 3 weeks max to get my iRiver back. Hope it goes well. Took exactly 3 days to come! and i thought would take a week or something. disappointed thou: -didnt get a mic -didnt get remote -didnt get a cradle -my carry case had a badly scratched window :( I thought i suppose to get all the above but on the pack it didnt mention it.
