Get a few more people on the network, then Exeem .22 brings back in the spyware ... sorry adware.

eXeem contains no spyware - it is free and is ad-supported
Removed mandatory 3rd party advertising

Is this not a contradiction?

Edit: Ji@nBing ya I think you are correct, maybe the adware is now optional

08.02.2005 - eXeem Public Beta version 0.21 released

eXeem Public Beta version 0.21 has been released. Most of the bug fixes were done to the network system (nodes). We have also fixed the search crash bug. We added a stop function to New files and we are testing out html type of ads in the program. In this release you will not get any mandatory third party software installed with eXeem.

Update can be done through the program. If the program crashes after the update, restart it. This version might take a bit longer to start and close.

Hmmm, so there will still be ad-aware

I have not used exeem to get any "real files" I downloaded a few to test it out when it was in closed beta other then that its quite meh...

I prefer having website listing .torrent files then exeem not to mention (as my name suggests) I use multiple platforms and exeem is windows only.

i've never seen any ads on mine (before this release), and i hadn't blocked anything or used any third party ad blockers, so woohoo! well not really, complete crap imo. so many fakes and viruses.

only became a beta tester out of curiosity, and at that time it was fine. now it's just terrible.
