hey did anyone watch the skills competition?  who won the qb passing one?  how did vick do?

Drew Brees won by a large margin, I think he scored 130 points and Manning was in 2nd with 70. I watched the fastest man challenge and I was dissappointed they didn't post the 40 times. I'm interested to see what these genetic freaks are running nowadays. Every now and then I get to watch an NFL combine video and its quite interesting.

yea, he is probably overrated, but if the falcons did not have him they would probably suck. He was supposed to be the 'Michael Jordan' of football, I don't see that happening.

Don't have to wait too long until the draft. Although this year doesn't seem like it will be exciting... I enjoyed the booing of Eli last year :)

didn't vick participate in the accuracy challenge?  i knew he would suck it up.  drew is the man, and always has and always will be better than vick.  vick = overrated and worthless.

Sorry Bro. I generally agree with you but this is not the case. Among all the players I think Vick is the less worthless. And no, I dont think he is the best (I dont even like him) but we need to accept the fact that he is the most valuable player for any team in the NFL. The Falcons are really a very different team without it.

Yes, he is not the most skilled QB. I think that he is a "Kordell Stewart" on steroids. He can do everything with an above average perfomance and that makes him very dangerous. Falcons fans say that he can run like a devil, and thats a good point. But he doenst know how to run properly. He explodes in a way that he cant control his acceleration. Remember that run against the Eagles in the Conference championship? (Or it was against the Rams?) He tackled himself literally. One day someone is going to hurt him bad.

But still, he is surely not worthless.

yeah, i just saw a re-run today. wow, brees was amazing.

@[sanctified]

"He can do everything with an above average perfomance" is not completely true. he never has, and never will be able to throw the ball accurately and effectively. he has flawed mechanics. he has a career passer rating of like 76, which is the same that jeff garcia had last year with the browns, and now garcia is cut.

and vick would never be mvp on the patriots.

I was thinking the same thing. Even for the bench press comp., the d-line and LB were only doing 30+ reps. I was suprised at first that o-line weren't in the competition, but still those numbers are pretty low. You can see those kinds of numbers for college athletes and even some high school athletes. Given, it might not have been the best coniditions and such, but I was still suprised.

    • LibreWolf 151.0.3-1 by Razvan Serea LibreWolf is an independent “fork” of Firefox, with the primary goals of privacy security and user freedom. It is the community run successor to LibreFox. LibreWolf is designed to increase protection against tracking and fingerprinting techniques, while also including a few security improvements. This is achieved through our privacy and security oriented settings and patches. LibreWolf also aims to remove all the telemetry, data collection and annoyances, as well as disabling anti-freedom features like DRM. LibreWolf features: Latest Firefox — LibreWolf is compiled directly from the latest build of Firefox Stable. You will have the the latest features, and security updates. Independent Build — LibreWolf uses a build independent of Firefox and has its own settings, profile folder and installation path. As a result, it can be installed alongside Firefox or any other browser. No phoning home — Embedded server links and other calling home functions are removed. In other words, minimal background connections by default. User settings updates Extensions firewall: limit internet access for extensions. Strip tracking elements from URLs, both natively and through uBO. Enable dFPI, also known as Total Cookie Protection. Enable RFP which is part of the Tor Uplift project. RFP is considered the best in class anti-fingerprinting solution, and its goal is to make users look the same and cover as many metrics as possible, in an effort to block fingerprinting techniques. Always display user language as en-US to websites, in order to protect the language used in the browser and in the OS. Disable WebGL, as it is a strong fingerprinting vector. Prevent access to the location services of the OS, and use Mozilla's location API instead of Google's API. • Gf needed a new Surface and was looking at a Surface Laptop because of the Snapdragon. Seeing as it was a two year old chip she just decided to get a Lenovo Yoga 2 in 1 instead. Personally this Surface Ultra Cassis reminds me a bit of Razor. It would be interesting if it could handle proper gaming and be 17 inch.
    • No idea, frankly, I'm not into minimum requirements gaming, but it would be an interesting test to find out. Also, I just have to point out that it wasn't my intention to downplay the performance of DXVK on Linux or Linux gaming in general (despite my own experience being a bit of a mixed bag). I just thought it would be good to point out that DXVK is not Linux exclusive and that you can benefit from using it even in Windows.
