I never thought I'd be asking this but I was wondering if any of you do any meditation or yoga for cross-training or pilates. There are a lot of NFL, basketball and other professional athleteles doing it tooI need to have a more relaxed mind and I also need to work on flexibility before I start doing more sports. I have an exercise bike and some free weights and such.

I've been thinking of getting a DVD on some "power yoga" since apparently its really good for flexibility. I've messed up my knees a bit from weightlifting and neglected to stretch. Crashing on my mountain bike hasn't helped. Since its the off-season, I thought it would be good to prepare.

Wondering if any of you could recommend any good books or DVDs.
