PHP and Server 2003 EE and IIS help!

So I tried setting up PHP on my 2003 enterprise server...and it didnt go so hot...I have tried following a few tutorials after the installer didnt work and those didnt work either....

I get this error going to any php page (whether or not the page actually contains PHP code)

CGI Error

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Any one else seen this and know what to do?? I tried PHP4 and PHP5. I read some places on this happening...but those didnt work :(
