Well I had, and it was only for secure sites. I'm running XP Home, SP1, and Norton Internet Security 2004. I came across a tool for totallly removing NIS, since I couldn't (said I wasn't logged it, couldn't easily uninstall it), and ran it. Came back today, and it's perfect! So, moral is-if you ever get this error, try removing any Anti-virus/Firewall software you have and see if that fixes it.
