well, it should work. but, you may need the loadavatars plugin or something

I already have it. I have enabled avatars and it does work (others can see my avatar (MSN)). But it doesn't show in the conversations =/

Copy your avatar image file to the folder where you put the skin to and overwrite the file myavatar.jpg
