Download transparent dock and use this setting, you can move your dock around or remove it rom the dock, you need to keep dragging it out everytime you login/restart

Make Finder (re)movable

They're a mix of Snow.E, PixelJerk, and Mike... All can be found at xicons.

i don't like the brushed theme, but i really love the plastic buttons!!!! hope there'll be a SmoothStripes Gloss with Plastic Buttons version..

I was just thinking the same thing. I am starting to try do it myself but it seems the button backgrounds have part of the brushed texture. I just went back to Gloss because there is such thing as "Too Much Brushed" LOL

Yea, the new Brushed is quality but it is overkill after 5 minutes. I'm thinking Max will do a plastic version on SmoothStripes and Aqua Extreme soon.
