I've never extracted stuff like that before, sorry, i have no idea where to look. Maybe someone can either point me in the direction, or do it for you! ;)

You don't have Mac OS X? If you do, surely you can extract them yourself, even if you don't have an iPod they have to lying around somewhere!

but it's the proper thing to do.
