One can be reasonable and angry at the same time. They can tie together. For example, I can be reasonable when making a decision and still be mad that I have to make it.

Reasonable: Capable of reasoning; rational.

Angry:  Feeling or showing marked displeasure.

See? They don't contradict eachother. They aren't antonyms. They just don't normally get associated with eachother.
