Biggest problem I have with "replacement" file managers is there's no way to actually replace Explorer with them, and you're still gonna wind up working with Explorer a lotta the time. If there was a way to do a complete replacement, that'd be awesome.

I'll choose Windows Explorer because I work on many different computers and I only want to be used to something that I know will be there.

I have some friends that are huge devotees to Total Commander. I had not heard about Xplorer? before.
