Toxicfume Veteran Posted October 24, 2001 Veteran Share Posted October 24, 2001 Hi there, I have the exactly same mouse..but i fid it working alright in XP.. The only problem i have is when i try to move it "real" fast...or give it a small jerk, i find the cursor gettign lost..getting out of track... I tried getting newer drivers..btu nothing helped... I doubt there's a fix for this :right: ... Or is this the way optical mice are supposed to be? Oh! btw, i find playng Quake3 difficult sometimes...with this mouse..:ermm:
brendl
hey toxic i had the same problem you described with an optical mouse. Check in your settings to see if there is an acceleration option, and lower it. that will solve the problem you're having. If its a microsoft mouse you should be able to find good drivers that let you change this setting, I hope that helps you guys.
