Front page for Guests

Would like to know what Mod or how to put the message on the main page for guests to see only. The inicial message about registering and all. Thanks for your help in advance.

Make a forum that only they can see and write your message in the settings box.

Do you want to do it like Neowin has it setup? Then just login to your ADMIN CP then go under Skins and Templates > Skin Manager. Now click on All Global HTML and find "member_bar" and edit that.

You'll see..

I understand what you are saying but it seems to be only towards the guest that the message comes up to. And I'm not sure but the message that they have in the beginning before a person logs in or better said a guest at the main page looks more like a warning bar where instead of a warning it has a message that ask you to register to get some benefits. It's also in a red box with a picture in it. It looks great for new people to see when you come to the forum the first time. Thanks in advance.

:D :D That's a nice laugh but now you will noticed that it's legal. :p :( But back to the question can you help me figure out how you did that with the guest. As I explained before. Thanks in advance.

It is still not legal, you just changed the numbers, a legal license does not look like that. :|

The benefits of registering with us...

That is just an example, you can do whatever you want with it. You can change the colors of it, to not look like "a warning" remember, guests only see this anyways, or members not logged in, but it goes away when they do login. Just change the CSS and look for "userlinksguest" to change the colors/background, etc. And also as I said before you can find this template in All Global HTML > member_bar

The license is real just need to take a day and figure out how to install the forum again and use it in the install. But from my understanding from the person who owns itis that he installed it on the registration section and that's how it came out. I do have to look into it anyways do to the fact even though it's not my forum I do host it. Well thanks for the help and I'll read you later.

Bullsh1t. If you put ?ipscheck=1 on a licensed board, it would not show anything even close to that.
