nevermind i guess the site was experiencing heavy traffic.

its a good start but i think there can definately be more work put into this style. one thing i noticed off the bat that it doesnt work well with hidden task bars, it doesnt raise when the mouse is dragged to the bottom of the screen but it does raise when its placed to one of the lower corners of the screen.
