its not true, i dont think it is . i know when i first came here i thought this sia genuine dropshipper but now i know its not. the guy before has explauined every thing, and how this works, so now im pretty hopeless hehe, even tho my account is not apprived and i havnt tried it for myself yet.

once my account gets approved i will let you know whats happening.

there is a law called "consumer protection act" or something like that, basicly you are not allowed to display mis-leading or false information about products and services that you are selling. and thats exactly what im gonna report to the police next week if this whole thing is not as they advertised.

I sent them another email asking when will the 'out of stock items' arrive. I also told them that it seems like we have to purchase a low priced item AND an expensive one in order to check out.

OK people, read this carefully and be my witnesses. This is the response I got.

"Please let me begin with informing you that you incorrectly

thought that you need to 'mix your order'. This is not the case at all,

as it is mentioned on our website that there is no minimum order policy to

adhere to. Please understand that we have over 200 members who purchase

items on a daily basis, so it is not possible to have stocks of the item

you want all the time. This is the case with many websites and not just

ourselves. Our agents have informed us that they estimate most out of

stock items to be released to us either next week or the week after, and

as courtesy, we will place a notice on your account so that you are

informed as soon as more levels are released to us.

Thankyou for your kind understanding.

Laila Young, customer services."

So now we are told by Laila that

1. the 'mix item' catch is not true, and the reason we can't order is because there are so many members.

2. most out of stock items will be released either next week or the week after.

I'll hold them to that and we'll see what happens in two weeks. And if things don't improve then we can start thinking about reporting them to the police.

Found a website called Rip-Off-Tip-Off. They help us classify scams into different categories.

Looks like our friend electrical dropship falls perfectly into the "e-con" category.

These are some of the distinctive features of "e-con"

Operators of E-cons....

Advertise non-existent goods or services.

Give false descriptions.

Mislead you over prices.

Don't give a genuine name and address.

Operate from abroad, but conceal this with an English-sounding e-mail address.

Supply you with goods other than those advertised.

Fail to deliver on time, or at all, or supply something different to what was ordered.

sounds familiar?

Then why dont they tell us what the Mix On thing means?

they said, they will activate my account within 5 days, its being 6 days now and still not approved, im giving them until monday.

kind Regards,

Shvan

Sent them an e-mail to confirm, Paramveer Takher and the address at Gloucester Rd, also to ask about electricstyle.co.uk. The reply,

"Yes we can confirm the address is correct but the name we do not recognize.

Casey, customer services"

So I e-mailed again asking why electricstyle at the same address was run by Takher Enterprise, which are selling i-pod mini`s for ?199, that are not out of stock. The replyI have passed on the details to my superior.>

So no futher forward with that one, will be interesting to see what is at this address, keep us posted shav

It's like around the corner from kingston Uni which i went to visit a few months ago from what i remember it is just a housing area, but i can't be 100% sure, if this were a few months later i could of walked round the corner to find out but as it is i'm 180miles away so a little to far.

Deddo don't you mean http://www.electricaldropship.co.uk not electricalstyle.co.uk ?

i sent them an email now, and asked, why cant I order the iPod. they replied, but the answer had nothing to do with my question, so now I know it was a complete fake thing, but they never gonna get away from it. I will go to that address, and if I don't find any thing good im gonna tell the police.

I will keep you guys updated on this matter.

Deddo don't you mean http://www.electricaldropship.co.uk not electricalstyle.co.uk ?

The site www.electricstyle.co.uk has the exact same address as electricdropship, and is run by Takher Enterprises, none of their items seem to be out of stock and are full price, we have to assume they are the same company. So it seems strange electricaldropship have no stock and claim not to know who Takher is, maybe they only know him as my superior

Interestingly, www.electricaldropship.co.uk was designed using the free program zen-cart. On the other hand, when I used the view source function to check the html for www.electricstyle.co.uk, they did not use zen-cart. I checked the whois fo electricstyle and this comes up.

Domain Name: electricstyle.co.uk

Registrant: Weymouth Web Design

Registrant's Address: <address removed - mr magoo>

Weymouth Web Design seems like a legit web design company with full contact details. So I just sent them an email asking if they can confirm designing the site for electricstyle or were their name being used without their knowlege.

Another questionable thing is that both dropship and style are registered with melbourneit.com.au, which is an Australian domain name company. Now why would two similar UK sites register their domains with an Australian company only to use .co.uk?

From all the info so far, I can see two versions of how this might work.

Scenario 1:

Both websites are owned by the same person/company. Electricstyle started first using the Weymouth Web Design. Because the prices that they sell things are so high, not many people buy from them. So they decided they wanted to earn more money by opening another site providing dropshipping service and collect expensive membership fees, which they can't do with the retail store site. Since they already have the layout site designed for them, they just used it for the other one. Because they realise that they can't provide the dropshipping at their advertised price, they pretend not to know anything about the dropship site. So if someone started tracing the dropship site which leads to the style site, they will just claim they don't know anything about the dropship site. Trail ends. This makes the dropship owner 'untraceable'. Notice that both websites have a tendency to overprice the products and have similar characteristics = same owner!

Scenario 2:

Electricstyle is a genuine website. A scammer came across their site and copies the html, make small alterations and registered it as electricaldropship. This is highly possible. It can be done using the same technique as the ebay scammers uses to create carbon copied fake payment websites. It's not difficult to do, just copy and paste, anyone with some html knowlege can do this. This scammer then used electricstyle's address to register and used the enterprise's name as his/her last name, and he tries to copy they style and characteristics of electricstyle. So that any investigation will point towards electricsyle and protects the scammer's identity.

One more thing, usually I send my emails to dropship customer services using my own email program, and it worked everytime until today. Now if I try to send emails from my own program, it will be bounce back by their spam filter. Now the only way I can send them messages is through their website. And obviously this is for their benefit = I can't keep a copy of what I sent, there's no way to have the evidence of the time I sent the email.

Update!

Just recieved an email back from Weymouth Web Design.

"My name is Phil Matthews and I run a small web design company in Weymouth. I was asked by a Mr Paramveer Takher in the middle 2004 to create a website so he could sell electrical items. This is the http://www.electricstyle.co.uk/ website. I also registered the domain name for him back in mid 2004.

The details I have for Mr Paramveer Takher are as follows:

19 Brockworth,

Gloucester Road,

Kingston Upon Thames,

Surrey,

KT1 3RG

The website was designed by myself (including the logo) and was setup so Mr Takher could control the stock from his own PC and receive order notifications etc? I have never heard of http://www.electricaldropship.co.uk/ but after looking at the site today it is almost identical to the one I designed for Mr Takher. I had no knowledge (and gave no permission) that any of the graphics I designed could be used on any other site and I am very angry they have been used on this dropship site.

I would appreciate if you could keep me up to date with proceedings as I am not happy a design I made in good faith has been both copied and abused by somebody.

I do not know if Mr Takher is responsible or if someone is using his name on the electricaldropship.co.uk site but I would be grateful if you could keep me updated.

I will also be e-mailing Mr Takher to ask him directly if he is responsible

Thanks again for informing me of this,

Best wishes

Phil Matthews

Weymouth Web Design"i>

To help make sense of things, I've made a summary of what we know so far:

1. Three websites www.electricstyle.co.uk , www.electricaldropship.co.uk , www.itprofits.co.uk look almost identical. All of them are linked to the name Takher, all of them have the same phone number displayed. But when one of us called the number, the person who picks it up claims he works in a video shop and knows nothing about these sites.

2. www.electricstyle.co.uk is run by 'Takher Enterprise' and registered under Weymouth Web Design who created the site for Paramveer Takher. While www.electricaldropship.co.uk and www.itprofits.co.uk both have this meta tag on their sites' html source

<meta name="authors" content="The Zen Cart™ Team and others" />

<meta name="generator" content="shopping cart program by Zen Cart™, http://www.zen-cart.com" />. Which means they used a free software called zen-cart to create the sites.

Both sites' whois info are registered under

Paramveer Taker

32-66 High St

London

England

E15 2NS

GB

3. One of us emailed [email protected] to ask for an address and was given

Electricaldropship

Customer service Centre

19 Brockworth

Gloucester Road

Kingston Upon Thames

KT1 3RG

Interestingly, www.electricaldropship.co.uk gives us an address that doesn't match the one they registered in whois. But this address matches the one Takher gave Weymouth Web Design to create www.electricstyle.co.uk

4. www.electricaldropship.co.uk replied in an email asking them to confirm the Gloucester Rd. Address and the name Paramveer Takher:

"Yes we can confirm the address is correct but the name we do not recognize.

Casey, customer services"

So looks like www.electricaldropship.co.uk confirms the address Paramveer Takher gave Weymouth Web Design but at the same time they don't recognize the name Paramveer Takher whom they are registered under!

 This person/company is obviously playing games with us.

    • I like Tidal, but it still does not control devices from the mobile/app and still no surround support. And yeah re: above comment I still get a lot of network errors and I am on a 4/4 Gbit Fiber connection.
    • Aren`t "security features" and "AI model that can see your screen" a tad diametric!
    • Samsung, Amazon extend 990 PRO 2TB NVMe SSD deal beyond Prime Day 2026 by Sayan Sen Recently, we had Amazon's Prime Day 2026 sales wherein there were several great deals including on SSDs. One of those discounted components was the Samsung 990 PRO SSD as the 2TB variant of it was selling for $370, a very good price after a long time. Although that deal was supposed to expire today, Amazon has now extended that sale further (purchase link under the specs table down below). The 990 PRO is a PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD and still one of the fastest drives available today for under $400. Speaking of fast, sequential reads and writes are rated at 7450 MB/s and 6900 MB/s, respectively. The random throughputs for reads and writes are 1400K IOPS and 1550K IOPS, respectively. The 990 PRO is based on Samsung's 7th Gen V-NAND flash, and it too is TLC. It packs 2 gigs of LPDDR4 DRAM cache, which helps the random performance. The endurance rating for this is 1200 TBW (terabytes written), which should be sufficient for most users. The Samsung 990 PRO is compatible with the PlayStation 5, but if you are going to use the 990 PRO on a PC, check out the Samsung Magician app that lets you track your drive's health, update its firmware, customize various settings, and more. The technical specs of the Samsung 990 PRO 2TB are given in the table below: Specification Value Form Factor M.2 2280 Interface PCIe Gen 4.0 x4, NVMe 2.0 NAND Flash Samsung V-NAND TLC Controller Samsung In-house Controller Cache Memory Samsung 2GB Low Power DDR4 SDRAM Sequential Read Speed Up to 7,450 MB/s Sequential Write Speed Up to 6,900 MB/s Random Read (4KB, QD32) Up to 1,400,000 IOPS Random Write (4KB, QD32) Up to 1,550,000 IOPS Random Read (4KB, QD1) Up to 22,000 IOPS Random Write (4KB, QD1) Up to 80,000 IOPS Operating Temperature 0°C to 70°C Reliability (MTBF) 1.5 Million Hours Endurance 1,200 TBW (Total Bytes Written) Get it at the link below: Samsung 990 PRO SSD 2TB NVMe SSD (MZ-V9P2T0B/AM): $369.99 (Sold and Shipped by Amazon US) Good to know This Amazon deal is U.S. specific, and not available in other regions unless specified.
