Also 1and1 offers a crappy bw. only 150GB month. My server uses up 1TB a month!  :(

Good grief!!! Just rent a server. You'll be paying less. The only connection that would support that would be a couple T3 connections. You're demanding WAY too much for a household. This is 2005, not 2105.

Well if your really serious about this you'll have to give up some serious money, what your looking for is a dedicated line, in the US they're called T-carriers and in Europe E-carriers, the top spec lines can reach speeds of around 500mbps.

1st. It aint a warez site! - hate when people say it is when it isnt.

2nd. it says im connected on 54mbit on my wireless. doesnt mean im actually on it - its just the maximum speed that your card can support. If you connect two computers together via ethernet cable using crossover cable and try sending info to each other it will go 100mbit/s :)

internet connectivity in the uk is severly limited, business' have fast internet as they have the money to pay for a leased line. Universities also have fast lines ase they have their own internet connectivity.

only company i have found to over 100mbit are Qix, http://www.qix.co.uk/leasedlines/prices.html ?24,000 a year and only available to central london.

the best residential package you will be able to find will be SDSL which only supports uptop 2mbit atm in the uk. price ive seen are aroun ?320 a month.

hosting the usa is by far the cheapest options, only reason to move hosting to the uk or eu would be if you had latency issues, such as running a gaming server
