.NET IDE for OS X

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have any recommendations for this?

I have tried RealBasic but am looking for others that are available.

The aim is to be able to write windows apps on a mac... sounds silly i know but i much prefer using a mac to windows pc!

Thanks

the reason i want to develop on a mac is beuase my tablet pc is so slow now and i want to develop .net web apps on my mac to run on a windows server.

my current compromise is to do it directly on the server through remote desktop but still this is less than ideal

I've got MonoDevelop to run on my Mac after much shouting at my screen. I'm not sure how I got it to work in the end, I just did. MonoDevelop will allow you to develop application that should run through Mono on Mac OS X and the *nixes and on Windows through .NET or Mono.
