Brandon Posted April 29, 2005 Share Posted April 29, 2005 2 days ago for fun i decided to try out throwing discus in practice... i sort have got the idea, but when i do the full 2 turn spin i only get 45' but when i just "power throw" it without a spin i hit 66' once... so what am i doing wrong?
