Are you saving the image it generates and then uploading it to your User Profile or are you selecting the avatar and hoping it moves to your profile on its own? :D

ive uploaded it for sure.

i also tried deleting the avatar already there and uploading it again, but the old avatar just appears mysteriously!

yeah, it's one of the ideas in my head.

i still want to change the background selection (which would mean better filenames from sybold, and therefore a lot of work on his part :/ )

I've just gotta find some free time for all of this. MAYBE tonight, but who knows...
