Can I Delete panther and just install TIGER? Reason I ask is because I'm getting a Tiger UP-TO-DATE-INT from apple and I just switched form a pc and well the windows upgrade is just an upgrade not the whole OS. Thanks.

why don't you wait until you actually receive it from apple and then read the included Manual. Not like they are going to send you a CD from a flying stalk down your chimney with no instructions.

The disk you're getting is a full install of Tiger, but you'll need Panther on the disk your installing on. You can set Tiger to do an Erase and Install after it's found that you have Panther installed, but Panther needs to be on your system somewhere.
