Cactushead Posted October 27, 2001 Share Posted October 27, 2001 I've got a Pioneer 105S DVD ROM and now that I have upgraded to XP it doesn't want to read any disks. It is recognised by the device manager as a Pioneer 105 drive but when I insert a CD / CDRW / DVD it starts to spin but nothing after that. If I try to open the disk I get an error message saying quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- E: is not accessable. Incorrect Function -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I swapped my hard disks over to a version with WinME on it and it works perfectly.
