I think that if people think that the progressbar should be altogether, they should tell their opinion. the more we try, more chances we have of having it.

Not really, the most you try, the most em3 will get mad, and probably just leave the theme here because of people like you begging for things

I love the new skin, Royal, the new progress bar.. which is my favorite, and the new chnages like the buttons and so on..

1 request if possible, can we not have to use StyleXP or is there already an ALT to this? I do not have a license and though it is not asking for one now it is using memory badly somehow...

Thanks

You don't need StyleXP. Just download a patched uxtheme.dll and replace yours with it. Make sure to switch back to default XP theme and uninstall StyleXP first. You must do this because themes not made by MS aren't digitally signed.

That's the thing that bugs me about theme authors in general. "Want it a different way? DO IT YOURSELF! Can't do it yourself? FOAD!" is pretty much the meme. Oh well, I get to keep LE3.01 in it's infinite prettiness until... Half-Life 2 comes out, Apple switches to Intel, and Debian releases Sarge. :p

I'd just like to say what a great visual style this is, em3. However, I'm having a small problem I'm hoping someone can help me solve.

I like using the thinner taskbar and caption bars, but prefer to have a full-sized start menu, so I usually edit the styles using stylebuilder to make the start menu full-size. But when I edit this new version of Luna Element, save it, and compile it, then try to open it, it doesn't show up in the list of styles under XP's Display Properties.

Any ideas?

I don't know how to fix that. The slider values aren't different for normal size and compact size. I use the default Luna values.

Wouldn't that be the answer in and of itself? I mean if you're using the same values for the compact as you would the normal size, then maybe lowering the value of the compact would fix it? Or do you mean that separate values aren't possible?

FYI Half-Life 2 is out :p

Again, perfect theme, but is it me or there's a bug exist in the 3.1 series? Check the seperator lines in this screenshot, I think they don't look right :( a possible fix? I'm using the Normal Compact (Alt Start).

You are right. In the new version the darker line is to dark. I will look into it and see if I can fix it. :)

EDIT: Fixed.

Btw... if you want, you can check out my workstation in this thread:

Yea, it's an LG T910BU 19".

I'm a music producer also, that's why the big speakers. But I'm not that good. I mostly make lame remixes. :p I've made one good track though (not remix). I'm hoping for a release in the future when it's 100% ready.

    • Microsoft releases Visual Studio Code 1.124 with smarter autonomous AI agents by Paul Hill Microsoft has just released Visual Studio Code 1.124 with a focus on faster agent workflows and improved agent autonomy. Microsoft outlined the following features as the key items in this update: Autopilot: Autopilot, enabled by default, is now smarter to determine when a task is truly done. Background sessions: Quickly send a request in the background and keep composing the next session. Session navigation: Search, jump, and step through agent sessions with the keyboard. Browser history: Revisit and search pages you've already opened in the integrated browser. With VS Code 1.124, Microsoft has enabled Autopilot by default. For those that don’t know, Autopilot is a chat permission level that you can pick to give agents permission to take initiative and act autonomously, without needing explicit user approval for each action. Also related to Autopilot, Microsoft introduced Advanced Autopilot, which changes how Autopilot decides when to keep iterating and when to finish. This helps you get more complete results without manually monitoring loops. This feature works using a small utility model that reads a transcript of the chat and decides when the task is done. Another new feature in 1.124 is the Agents window, which lets you easily explore, iterate on, and review agent sessions across projects and machines. Previously, starting a new agent session meant waiting for it to load before you could compose the next one. With this update, sessions can be requested in the background. This VS Code update also brings session navigation updates to switch between them more quickly. The update also lets you reload or reopen the Agents window so that it no longer loses your layout, so you will land back where you left off. If you use the integrated browser in VS Code, you will notice that it now retains the history of visited pages. Suggestions will now show when typing in the URL bar and can be managed by using Ctrl+H within a browser tab. The browser now also lets you customize the toolbar more; just right-click on the toolbar area to the right of the URL input. Finally, the browser has faster agentic text entry. Another improvement is experimental enterprise-managed Copilot plugin policies that allow admins to centrally control which chat plugins and plugin marketplaces are available to developers. If you have VS Code installed, 1.124 should install automatically, or you'll get a prompt. If you don't have it installed, get it here.
