Just gotta say that this is absolutely the best.

Guess you can't please everyone because I actually like the current taskbar better. But whatever it is, Luna Element is one of the best themes that I've ever used and that just keep up the good work.

well I just liked that feature so much in Luna Elements.

Just Amazing!!

A little doubt I have:

This is the Royal substyle, when the window is not maximized (notice the difference of the position of the light in the buttons compared to the tittle bar, it appears to be a little bit lower)

And when the window is maximized...the opposite effect appears, the light on the buttons is a little bit higher

Is this a bug or a limitation of the skin?

First of all, thanks again for your hard work and continued efforts on a real, nice clean VS...:)

I too was pleasently surprised to see a Alt Start Button(WinFlag) for the Royal Compact Style, as this style is what I am presently utilizing...

I do have to get use to the 'extended pixel height' of the Taskbar on the Compact style, as I'm use/prefer the thinner look...lol, but you have taken a nice diplomatic approach in trying to address all requests/features on this updated VS, albeit within reason...lol

Now, I'll sit back and wait for the much anticipated pro/con 'ton of replies' that will definately follow.

I'd love to hear a reply to Karmael post, I noticed that too :) not that noticeable but worth changing it hehe

Anyways, is it possible to change the blue color, when you roll over the mouse in the start menu, (on the control panel icons etc... ). It's light blue. I think it's too light for a dark blue start menu.

I hope you understand my english lol

... and it's huge improvement from v2 :D added to my collection :D

EDIT: I've managed to take a screenshot

(Though I do believe people describing this as "best ever made" or "What God would make" (more so this one really than the other one) is a bit over the top.)

ya think...

It is nevertheless the finest VS I've laid on eyes on since I started looking.

Thank you em3. (Hope you're feeling better!)

    • Any so called performance increase will be in milliseconds, which nobody will actually notice in real world usage.
    • All it does is use the CPU more efficiently during boot to speed up boot times. That's it. Yawn....
    • It's not a one or the other kind of thing. Software should run efficiently, and the operating system should appropriately manage the CPU clocks. You could have the best most optimized software on earth, and it will still run faster if the CPU does a better job of boosting as needed. All this is doing is pre-boosting the CPU based on user actions, instead of waiting for the normal detection mechanism to kick in. If the OS knows it is about to need more CPU, why shouldn't it use that knowledge? It's the same idea of downshifting before passing someone, instead of just burying your foot into the peddle and waiting for the transmission to figure out what you want to do.

    • There really isn't anything magical about the low latency profile, other OS's do this as well. All they're doing is using your CPUs boost clock options in a more smarter way.
