Maybe em3 will baclport the solid progress bar to LE3. He did say he was planning to go back and tweak some things.

I don't think I will make an update for LE3 after all. The only thing I was planning on updating anyway was the taskbar for the Classic style, but I realized it didn't turn out so good. People seem to like it as it is anyway though, so I'm just going to leave it.

Using the new LE 3 Shellstyles, problems with some Foobar buttons are gone...

Perhaps em3 should take a look.

What shellstyle are you using. I will only support and fix issues with shellstyles I've created. I don't think the shellsyle should affect Foobar in any way though.

I've tried Foobar a few times and if I'm allowed to express my opinion I think it totaly sucks. :x The preferences was all messed up and I couldn't even find where to change the volume. :p The only mp3 player worth using imo is Winamp. Though the latest updates have brought more bugs than fixes. :p

I have created 3 Shellstyle.dll's which I feel suit this theme (LE3) well & have been given the "Thumbs up" by "em3" (Creator of the Luna Element Visual styles) to post them.

Please note, this image is not as sharp nor clear as the actual shellstyles due to it being a JPG.

Well... I'm using version 3.1.3 of Luna Element. With this version the button from the main interface (jump back/forward) is not displayed correctly. But... if I change the shellstyle with this one everything is ok...

Btw, Foobar is a really great player. :p

Melody do you have a link for that Shell Style?

Just scroll up, it's 11 comments back. ;)

I created the Shell style independent of "em3", he has nothing to do with that specific shellstyle, I just asked if he minded that I created/posted it that's all so I wouldn't lean on him to much about the "Royal Square" theme.

BTW, look out for an update over the next couple of days with my shellstyle (I missed some code out).

I have updated my shellstyle pack for this theme to v1.1

Version 1.1 Changelog:

Added "Classic" shellstyle"

Added "User Account" CSS coding to all shellstyles but each representing their different colours/themes to match.

Tweaked some background fade colours to suit the ?Luna Element? theme better

I've decided to use the Royale style of LE3 but I have some problems....

I'm having a hard time deciding to use Alt. Startbutton or Default Startbutton and Compact or Normal.

I kinda like minimalism, that is the Alt. Startbutton and Compact style.

Although I'm running my screen in a pretty high resoultion (1600x1200) so having Compact glyphs and titlebars might be a little strain on the eyes.

And I'm very confused with the Startbutton. One part of me says go for the Alternative and another one says go for the one that mimics the original Luna.

I need some opinions/views on this please :D

Just write a script that changes it randomly. Every 3 seconds or so (Y)

Edit....

Just wanted to add this. This is an amazing style. The colors are perfect.

It's keeping me feom booting into my Linux or my Vista installations and brought me back to XP.

Personally I like a small taskbar but normal menu, so I hacked up my own little version.

Thanks for a cool style, that I just found out about.

    • Well Statcounter doesn't count Edge users as Chrome. It uses the user agent and my understanding is the Brave browser users the standard Chrome user agent for privacy/tracking reasons and compatibility so that would help the Chrome numbers. Some Firefox users change the user agent for again compatibility reasons. I am going to totally guess the Chrome numbers are inflated some 5 or 6%.
