iconman Posted June 16, 2002 Share Posted June 16, 2002 I recently bought a GeForce 4 MX 420 (PCI) and Installed it. When I was trying to play GTA3 I noticed that it freezes on the Menu screen and stays frozen. also my other games are like that too. Is there a way to fix this? MiPeNiS Posted June 17, 2002 Share Posted June 17, 2002 well jab for someone that has had the weirdest gta3 probkem so i recommend checking out ur drivers and yus this may sound strange get the beta 29.42 refresh fix if ur card is supported then use tweak-xp once to use ram-recover feature and tell it to force windows to unload dlls from memory then you should have a better game going for u, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
