Looking For Right-Click Context Menu Reg Files

Pardon this noob!

What is Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00? Where do I get it? How do I use it?

Also, I've been doing some tweaking and lost right-click "Search" in Windows Explorer. I use it a lot. How do I get it back?

Nice, gotta delete some of mine sometime. To bad there's no way to make a .bat file. Question though..

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.bfc\ShellNew]

If I delete ShellNew it still shows it in context menu. But if I delete .bfc it goes away. But would it still let me make briefcase files?
