Draconian Guppy Posted June 12, 2005 Share Posted June 12, 2005 those flexible spokes look week, what you were to hit at high speed say a rock, wouldn't the hit get to the rim due to the flexible spokes or do they have a say "flexing limit" to a point were they are hard so in case of a fast impact the rim doesn't bend ? edit: and the last pic with the structure looks nothing like the wheel on the car, the deformable wheel doesn't appear in the real pics, just spokes and then tread, before spoke it's clearly the rim.
