Carter was outstanding tonight . What an awesome test match , brilliant start by the Lions but again when the All Blacks kicked up a gear the Lions had no answer.

The Lions played a lot better than they did last time, but still not good enough for our boys.

i play rugby, you dont understand how hard it is to play a full game when your running on backup energy, i play second row (4) all the power has to come from there and when you are constantly scrummaging, its hard to keep up with the pace of the game, we didnt play the best but as i said it is hard especially agianst an opponent like new zealand, one of the giants in rugby union, they have speed and experience on their side

lol, funny post as.

The lions got done due to under prepartation and playing 10 man rugby in ther provincial competitions. To say that NZ has speed and experience on thier side is a load of crap. Rugby is a professional sport and they should be all that fit and skilled, the fact is that the Super 12 uses the backlines better and the forwards actually have running and passing skills.

And with respect to NZ being more experienced, well thats just rubbish. All the lions players have represented thier national teams in the 6 nations and the team had so many english players that had been in the 2003 World Cup side that had to last through extra time in the final to win. i.e. Wilkenson, Thompson. More expeienced than the NZ team maybe even...

A lot of the English players from 2003 were at the tail end of their careers, Dallaglio, Hill etc etc, if these are the best Britian has to offer well, they serve the stuffings they've got. SCW taking injured players on a tour like this is a joke, most didn't even last one game, some didn't even play one game before they were sent home.

The squad was too big, SCW thinks he's some kind of master tactician, but we can see how that turned out. O'Connell and O'Callaghan at second row omfg.

The Lions team will never gell with so many players in the squad, some Lions players looked so far out of their depth on the field it was plain embarrassing, Lewsey, Robinson etc etc.

Hopefully JW won't play in the last game his service was ****e, at least start Stephen Jones and the Welsh backs can play together like they did in the 6 nations, thats assuming the forwards can actually win some ball.

I hope NZ turn up to play and win the series 3-0 it'll be a shame if they just go through the motions now that the result doesn't really matter.

Being an English fan, I am sorry to say but I agree with you.

After watching the Super 12 on TV I have to say that alot of running is involved, its much exciting to watch when compared to our rugby! I rate Gavin Henson; he's a great player to look forward in the future. I don't really like saying this but I don't think this generation of Lions players will be able to beat the Kiwis. I think its best to wait to the next Lions tour, preferably 5-6 years time.

On a side note, too much money was put into this and too many players were sent. There should be some sort of rule for how many players from each of the countries should be taken.

Peace out now!

Ok last test tomorrow, an easy win for NZ they've played some great rugby and deserve a 3-0 whitewash. The lions team is pretty poor again, cueto, murphy, lewsey at 11 hehehe. Nice to see what sort of score NZ can run up against this team.

Fowards are the same as last week, they tried to compete last week and couldn't get it done so I think its unlikely anythings gonna change this week.

This tours been a complete waste of time, poor management, poor team selection, although I suppose it has been a nice warm up for the Tri-Nations for NZ.

    • Thanks Microsoft but no, I find both iterations of Outlook terrible nowadays and switched back to Thunderbird at home.
    • Happens to the best of us, bro. 😛
    • Thanks to some of the other recent Windows improvements, I'm optimistic about this one. My quick wishlist would be: perf like the older menu, merge both menus or at the very least, the older menu should be a flyout, not a simulated click to the old menu, and lastly, a customization window to let users move items from one menu to another, so I could bring Send To back to the main menu, and the OneDrive settings to the older.
