Easy CD Creator 8 Beta Testing Open

Recommended Posts

Thank you for your interest in testing Roxio products.

We are excited to give you the opportunity to help shape an upcoming product release. Beta testers will receive pre-release versions of our software to use and test. In return we ask that you provide us with feedback on any issues with ease of use, reliability, or general functionality. If you're looking for software that will work without problems, this program is not for you. If you want to live on the cutting edge and enjoy trying to break (or fix) things in an effort to help us deliver a better product, please keep reading.

"work without problems"

Better hope that this next Easy CD Creator won't have problems. I've lost faith in that product series since version 5.

OT: and you signed up just to post this? :pinch:

Scary to run a beta of Roxio of anything, wonder if it will take 2 GIGs to install they usually double it every new version.

haha true

I'd never test their product on one of my machine

Roxio is just freaking

Easy CD Creator 5 was the first CD burning product I've ever used. It worked fine until it mucked up 2 CDRs for absolutely no reason. That was the day I jumped over to Nero.

yeah but with nero, every few days you get to download a newer version that is 30megs.. so after a month, you'll be downloading more than 500Megs lol.. besides, roxio is a media creator, not just cd creator.. it has a label creator, photo editor, dvd menu creator, video suite and much more. If you want them for nero you'll have to download different packages to get all the features in roxio which again makes the total package size big..that was just my opinion.
