I clicked this thread and began reading through it. It's filled useless bragging (childish) and who the hell is complaing about a moderator?

It's called a few people are tired of people of blabbing about new betas before they even begin. Zucker decided he had to pick stupid fights with a few of us and has continued it through 2 different threads and continues to beat a dead horse.

Even if I were under NDA, It's not like I leaked the information. I got the email off BetaXP. Now if I were a beta tester, I most probably would not have posted this, but thats another story.

Any news on how to get friends in the beta yet?

For your information, the beta invite I received does not contain an NDA. Maybe NDAs are reserved for people like you. Also, the information I shared on Neowin did not disclose any technical information about the beta program, it merely pointed to the fact that the beta invites had been sent out as was indicated by the title of the topic.

I am currently on three different beta programs: MSN; Windows Server 2003, R2; and DPM. I am not a newbie and so reserve your lecture to yourself. Get rid of your illegally acquired MS software, ala Longhorn, etc. and stop harassing Neowin members who are merely trying to share information on this forum. Besides, I could have linked directly to other websites, but what is the point if I wasn't disclosing any secret information? The same issue we're arguing about here has made the frontpage news on Neowin today 7/13 with full quotes from the e-mail, maybe you're going to take on the whole Neowin organization as a result?

To your question about inviting friends/family, not yet as we didn't get the beta yet. But there will be probaly some invite tab in the beta or on MSN Connect. :happy:

f your status is set to "pending" you still need confirmation but if your status is set to "Active" it means you're "in" and ready to go...

Im not saying what my status is ....... but im happy. :D

Im guessing (and seeing as we have not been told any info on the beta im not breaking my NDA) it will be Messenger 7.1 :shifty:
