Bought myself the new deluxe L.O.G - Sacrament album, the bonus DVD is very long but it's a good one, worth watching as well.

Bought Damnation as well and the family guy movie with my birthday money, you don't get much birthday money at 19 so I choose those 3 items which we're on offer.

I recommend the deluxe Sacrament to anyone planning on buying it.

the sacrement bonus dvd is awesome, lol the easter egg on it where they go go karting is awesome.

yeh metalcores pretty average, i like melodic metalcore though (eg killswitch engage, 36 crazyfists) so if any1 has any recommendations...

Anyone like Necrophobic? Killer band, just getting into them.

Swedish blackened death metal :woot:

Here's their new video :D

Thanks - I've been meaning to.

Also on that note. Just got Unseen To Creation by The Legion.

Anyone into Dissection, Old Mans Child, or Emperor should hear these guys.

This is the second album I've gotten from them. It's AMAZING. Nothing new to the genre but just great quality riffs throughout. The drummer has some great taste for complimenting the riffs.

Red Harvest

hmmm i would call them industrial metal or as thats becoming now "cyber-metal"

and am not talking rammstein style industrial hell no

video for there song aep wait till the electronics kick in :D

Well, in the last week I've been listening to the new Trivium album quite diligently. I'm gonna say that the album isn't as good as their last one but the musicianship is fantastic nonetheless. I was very impressed with the construction of the songs, even though many of them seem more appealing to hard rock mainstream base. Definitely different from Ascendancy.

The biggest reason I listened to the album so many times was do to a lack of anything else new to listen to. I tend to get bored with new releases fairly quick. I NEED some good black metal. I love Dissection, Dimmu Borgir, Cradle Of Filth, and I'm having a hard time finding anything else. Help!!!

oh lawd! why do i get the image of glenn danzig with the misfits singing "Ace of Spades"?

if this is a preview of the new album then not even rick rubin can help it.

I didn't think there was much hope for Rick to help anyway.

I'd much rather listen to the latest GOJIRA then some feeble attempt at a creatively washed up 45 year old trying to sound like an angry 18 year old.

Time for Hetfield & Ulrich to sell their instruments & take up Professional Bowling. Maybe Hammet can get a job in a Santana tribute band. And Trujillo can go back to playing in a band that deserves his level of talent.

What happened to the metal discussion people? I want to keep being informed of new bands and gig dates.

Anyone going to see anyone good any time whatsoever near Brighton? Anyone know of the band Sabaton and if they're touring the UK any time soon (they supported Dragonforce and they're brilliant). Anyone think 1349's a brilliant band?. . .

1349 is a badass band. How can you go wrong with Frost as your drummer?

    • The memory and nvme can be swapped and upgraded with standard parts. But the GPU cannot, which is the weakest part of the box. It's a dead product at these prices.
    • Sounds like the debloated build you are running is missing some components that the Photos app and Snipping Tool rely on.

    • Apple and Tesla trade secrets reportedly exposed following a Tata Electronics cyberattack by Hamid Ganji Image via Depositphotos.com Tata Electronics has confirmed that it detected a cybersecurity incident in some of its systems. The Indian company is a manufacturing partner of both Apple and Tesla, and the incident may have exposed some trade secrets belonging to the two American companies. The World Leaks ransomware group is said to be behind the attack, and it has reportedly posted up to 200,000 files on the dark web, including component designs and specification documents related to Apple and Tesla products. Tata Electronics told Reuters that its response protocols were deployed immediately and that the “incident has had no impact on our operations across businesses, which remain unaffected.” The ransomware group reportedly sent a ransom demand to Tata Electronics, while Apple has launched an investigation into the incident. World Leaks claims it stole more than 200,000 files totaling over 630GB from Tata Electronics. Some database files on the ransomware group’s website are titled "com.apple.factorydata," which could refer to Apple’s iPhone production operations in India. Moreover, some documents reportedly contain material specifications and quality inspection standards for iPhone circuit board components. However, Apple is not the only affected company. A folder found in the World Leaks database is titled "NV36 Chargeport Controller - North America," which may refer to Tesla Model Y components. Additionally, other files in the database reportedly contain drawings related to Tesla’s Project Highland, the internal codename for the EV maker’s updated Model 3 sedan. To support the authenticity of the stolen files, World Leaks has published documents containing footers that read: "This document contains proprietary and confidential information of Apple Inc." and "information contained herein is deemed confidential, proprietary, and a trade secret of Tesla Inc." Cybersecurity researcher Rajshekhar Rajaharia told Reuters that the database also contains emails, event logs spanning several years, and passport copies of employees, including foreign nationals. Both Tesla and Apple have declined to comment on the scale of the incident.
