It should be HDTV ready (doesn't need to be integrated) and have a 16*9 aspect ratio. I have found the Dell model to be priced pretty attractively (around $1200). The few that i research a little where, Sharp Aquos 32", Philips 32pf9996(Wich I just got), Panasonic 32LX20, Syntax olevia 32 and Viewsonic N3200w.
