Never had that problem here its always detected my 1680x1050 capable monitor (DVI) strange problem that.

Yes, the first monitor works but my second does not work. And Nvidia drivers have no control over whats primary and secondary monitor. The start menu etc. shows up on secondary monitor, and windows/dialogs start up on primary. The secondary monitor is primary and opposite. With ATI none of these problems occur :(

Edit: These drivers doesn't even support 1680x1050 at all, on any monitors. That's too bad cause the Vista window effects (fading etc) looks really nice :woot:

for those of you needing 1680x1050 resolution like me, here you go. I just replaced all of the 1600x1200 entries in nv_LH.inf to 1680x1050 and it works.

Thanks i'll try that out :woot:

Was just thinking of it myself... It's just numbers, so it should be easy to fix :p

Btw, wouldn't it be easier to just upload the .ini file ;)

Man, it still amazes me that some people think this is a real OS that they can use for day to day things. (ie: Screenshot above)

Dude, how are people supposed to find bugs / beta test the OS, if they dont treat it like so ?

We know its not complete and we are doing our own unofficial compatibility list for what is compatible and what is not compatible so why don't you go to a photoshop thread and stick Mr T on more peoples faces.

Listen ****, I have no problem with official beta testers doing their thing. It ****s me when I see these people who have clearly joined this forum because they have downloaded it illegally and wanting help trying to run BF2 on a BETA OS.

    • You are clueless. The updates are done in the background so the next time you open Edge the updates are applied automatically. There is no need to close all your tabs. Just keep browsing like you normally do. Clearly you don't use Edge and are just one of those haters that complain for the sake of complaining.
    • I don't get this David. Can you explain it please.
