how to rotate layer in ps cs2?


Question

i'm breaking my head and can't find how to rotate a layer in photoshop cs2...?

any1 please.............

sitting on it more than hour!

ok, since I have an old version of Photoshop I cant tell you there RIGHT answer, but I can give you AN answer.

Copy and Paste that layer to another image, rotate to desire degree and paste back.

I do hope someone comes back with a better answer, since I too want to know this one.

Select the layer in the layers palette (if it's not up, go to Window>Layers) and then hit Ctrl+T. Grab near one of the corners when the mouse shows the rotate arrow and pull in a circular motion. Hold shift to move in 45 degree increments.
