Mike

I'm pretty sure it's the same as OS X, just drag the folder to the trash.

I only used OS 9 for about 5 minutes. I've never used it since. I don't have it installed for classic either.

There is no registry so where are settings stored? There is no INI files either :)

macs have a "preferences folder" in the "system folder". in this folder loads of little files are stored with prefrences for each preogram im much the same way as the registry in wondows holds preferences for each program

yah, mac os's u just delete the folder, and if u have to get rid of the 1kb files laying around u just search for the prog name and delete all thta comes up. or use "clean sweep" it finds every little bit of unused garbage laying around and kills it.

on OS 9 and below there are pref's files and extentions but that ios done away with X

i doubt it's as cluttered and disorganized as the registry. the registry is the biggest POS.

Well, here's the nastiest it gets on OS X:

Ignore the barely started E-Platino for OS X :D

those files are roughly around 4kb each so if you don't delete them, it isn't going to make a difference on your system. If you're really fussy, just sherlock the files and drag the lot into the trash instead of the one .app :p

ahh, man i miss riding waverunners :ermm:

our friend used to have 2 '96 seadoo XP's (heh, nice name :p)

he let us ride em whenever we wanted. so much fun. especially in 6 foot waves ;)

so there's only one file for each app? that is unreal, and so sweet. i think at one point, my registry was approaching like 100 megs, lol.

    • You know - if you abbreviate 2038 as 2K38, it's exactly the same number of characters and so isn't actually an abbreviation - and worse, just makes it confusing for people who weren't aware of the original Y2K problem which happened 25 years ago.
    • This only works for sites that care about the law. Anyone who can't or doesn't want to meet the requirements will either use a VPN or go to a (piracy) alternative that doesn't care about the law. It'll be even worse than the people having visited the law abiding sites without the verification. So way to go on that one.

    • Depends, they did have some practice with The Man in the High Castle on occupation force having taken over and focused on USA's subjugation, which is closer to Machine Games Wolfenstien run with the second game in concept. But not to the extent of the batshit insane stuff in the original games before then. We don't have any hints to where in the timeline they will place the TV series. So just pray it doesn't suck and keeps close to the source material to make it more different than the same beats as TMITHC.
