Use it because it has been tested and confirmed to give a performance boost on flash-based content.

But avoid using this in Firefox preview builds ("Deer Park", or nightly trunk, or nightly 1.5 builds) it will give you lots of crashes. This is being worked out.

It's ment for devs to check content compatability.

Oh and there is flash 8 content about (and a lot of it!)
